Flooring Water Extraction and Drying
Sometimes to remediate, dry or deodorize, the flooring needs to be removed. We will remove any furniture or raise it up on blocks then proceed to extract as much water as possible. Using professional techniques, carpeting and wet padding is removed and disposed of. The water is then extracted from the sub floor, which is then dried to get back to proper condition for re-carpeting. We do not just clean your carpets and floors, we restore them to better than before condition.
Crawlspace Dry-Outs
A dirty or unvented concrete crawlspace can create problems because as warm air rises in your home, it brings up with it the air that was previously in your crawl space, including moisture and mold spores, as well as anything else that may be airborne in the crawlspace. A vapor barrier is usually required in this case in order to regain control of the space.
Your crawlspace, although often neglected until it’s too late, is one of the most important spaces in your home. It can be a breeding ground for mold, insects, odors, and even radon gas. The moisture generated in the crawlspace will lead to structural damage and higher energy costs! A clean, sealed and waterproof crawlspace can become an extra source for much needed storage while making your home more energy efficient. It also provides a healthier and safer home for you and your family.
Properly sealing the crawlspace and removing the moisture from the ground and air using an approved moisture barrier is part of the solution. This results in a mold-free, odor-free, and insect-free environment. We are experts in waterproofing and the proper installation of vapor barriers.
